Lori Parrish

Founder & Owner

In 2003, Lori founded BODY, and in 2004, she took over a former supermarket to open BODY, a wellness destination for elevated living. Lori started as a massage therapist in 1976 and later studied osteopathic and manual therapy techniques in France and several other modalities over the years. Lori educated and trained bodyworkers for twenty-five years as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Academy of Healing. Lori is a pioneer of the health & wellness movement, leading the way with an integrated approach to self-care.

Evanice Holz

Operations, Marketing, Director of Digital Content

Evanice was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She is an entrepreneur, chef, writer, and creator. She loves horseback riding, the big outdoors, pilates and cooking. She writes the BODY blog and directs digital creative.

Sarah Pace

Marketing Strategist

Sarah oversees the direction of BODY’s overall growth marketing, specializing in the digital sector. Sarah's advice on BODY’s Website design, email strategy, organic social strategy, and influencer marketing is designed for the long term to guide the growth of the company.

Kevin Flores

Accounting

Kevin’s goal as an accountant and financial advisor is to help business owners like Lori find balance by reducing their operational workload. Kevin graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. Kevin settled in Santa Fe in 2011 and enjoys being active outdoors.

Beau Baker

Guest Services and Sales

Beau joins the Body with 15 years of working in hospitality, sales, and holistic health. His diverse background includes managing restaurants such as Cafe Gratitude in Venice, CA, Supervisor at the Montage Beverly Hills, to over six years in holistic counseling and guidance supported by a Masters's Equivalent in Spiritual Psychology.

Beau sets his intention to assist and support the vibrant Body team and clients in all ways necessary to enrich and continue to grow this beautiful community. Whether it’s a spa treatment, yoga, or Moroccan cuisine, his vision is that Body of Santa Fe will be a home for all who are seeking a deeper more connected wellness experience.

Sara Wolcott

Director of BODYkids

Sara recently moved to Santa Fe from Bozeman MT where she ran a small nature based kids program out of her home. Sara has two children who you will meet at BODYkids—Hadley is almost five and Cedar just turned two. She is thrilled to meet new families and welcome everyone to the new BODYkids.
