Her work incorporates Swedish, injury-specific, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and facilitated stretching. Fully in her body, a skill she learned from years of partner dancing, she demonstrates the ability to be present and aware of her client’s subtle body language. And if you speak Dutch, she’ll answer you back because Holland is where she is from.

Adam Frank

Adam has been offering caring and effective bodywork since 2008, when he graduated from the New Mexico Academy of the Healing Arts. After spending considerable time at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, Adam developed a deeper understanding as to the importance that the nervous system plays in our health and wellbeing. He incorporates tuning forks and essential oils with deep tissue massage to relax the nervous system, and stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities. Every treatment is a unique experience, intuited in the moment, with the intention of bringing you back to your grounded center.
