Your 2 Day BODY Itinerary
Some of our favorite moments are chatting with visitors who quickly popped into BODY for a special something and left wishing they had all day (or two) to spend here. One of the top things we’ve heard people say is how they could spend days at BODY and how much that time would help them relax.
Transporting customers into deep relaxation and more sustainable ways of living is the ethos behind everything at BODY. Come to the boutique to shop, stay for a massage, a facial, a class, a new skincare routine, a farm-to-table vegan lunch, and so much more. What if you walked in here knowing that? Could you step into our wellness wonderland for a complete day or two worth of giving back to yourself?
You sort out your sleeping accommodations, we’ll take care of the rest. Here’s an itinerary to inspire two days inside Santa Fe’s destination for healthy living.
Day 1
7 AM
You won’t find many free classes in town, however, at BODY we have a weekday offering to start your day off on the right foot and it’s completely complimentary. Inspired by Mysore yoga, where students self-practice through different Ashtanga sequences, we invite you into our gorgeous Studio A to start your morning at your own pace with some stretches, yoga poses, and meditation. Studio A free time is open Monday-Friday 7 am to 8:30 am, feel free to enter at your leisure to self-practice mindfully in harmony with other students. Consider this an invitation to practice as hard as you like or use this space as a place to meditate.
8:30 AM
Morning elixir and homemade seeded energy bar at the BODY Cafe.
9 AM / 10 AM
After getting your stretch on, hop into a pilates reformer class to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body in this low-impact workout in Studio B. Our reformer studio opened this February, and our program has grown to accommodate our growing body of students!
11 AM
Custom massage with a master therapist at BODY. Get a massage customized to your needs. If you’ve heard any word of mouth about BODY, you know a massage here is otherworldly. You leave a session with each therapist knowing more about your body while feeling more connected to it than before!
12 PM
Head over for lunch at the BODY Cafe. The lounge is 100% vegan and almost entirely gluten-free except for some dishes. With sourcing from the Santa Fe farmers market whenever possible and our in-house hydroponic garden, we treat our menu like our boutique lines, knowing exactly where it came from and how it was grown. Our connection to the soil helps us alchemize dishes that put your gut biome front and center.
1 PM
The perfect end to a morning and afternoon at BODY is shopping in our fashion boutique curated with ethically and sustainably made goods. From fair wages to naturally dyed garments, our collections ensure what you’re wearing is as pure as the food we serve in the cafe. Whether it’s 20 minutes or 2 hours, the boutique is a candy store of what most would never identify as environmentally friendly fashion.
Day 2
9 AM
Yoga flow or Nia in Studio A to start the day moving with intention whether it’s a flow filled with fire breath to energize you or Nia which infuses martial arts with dance. Release what no longer serves you and move in alignment for the greater good of your mind and body.
10 AM
A Natural Facelift facial with one of BODY’s expert estheticians uses a micro current to tighten and tone whilst releasing tension from the jawline. Leave the session with a contoured face that has been detoxed and invigorated throughout the treatment.
11 AM
Shop the skincare boutique to take home some of the DNA Skincare line that was used on you during the service. Your esthetician will recommend which products would suit your routine best. When you’ve finished, take in our home boutique for more ways to make sustainability a part of your every day from linens to handmade ceramics.
12 PM
Try something new at our organic vegan cafe. Some fan favorites include the Soba Noodle Salad, Udon Noodle Bowl, and Chickpea Salad Sandwich. Treat yourself to some chocolate from the chocolate case as a dessert!
1 PM
You may have spent the past two days at BODY, but we guarantee you, there’s a class you haven’t taken yet. From Ashtanga, to Vinyasa with Music, Pilates Reformer Foundations and Intermediate, and so much more. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience Yin Yoga with sound healing!
2 PM
Round out your day with one of our many massage offerings from deep tissue bodywork, abdominal massage, Craniosacral infused massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, prenatal, reiki infused, and more. We highly recommend an add onsuch as cupping, or arnica massage oil to ease tension, inflammation, and pain.
