Mindfulness
Megan has been a student of mindfulness meditation since 2006. Her entry into practice was through a secular mindfulness course, and she has also studied in the American Vipassana tradition. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher in addition to a social work professor and clinician. Her practice centers on mindfulness techniques accessible to people of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds and to those who have experienced trauma.
Daniel has been a student, practitioner and teacher of Mindfulness meditation since 1987. Now retired from clinical work as an Acupuncturist and Somatic psychology practitioner he continues to teach Mindfulness-Based Meditation and Mindful movement in the form of Tai Chi Chih and Qigong.
