Embody Flow

Kai began teaching yoga in Los Angeles in 2012. Since then, she has traveled the world learning various modalities of healing and integrating them into her practice. After noticing the medicinal nature of yoga in terms of mental health and regulating emotions, Kai grew to depend on yoga as a tool for moving through life’s challenges. Kai has dedicated her life to teaching others how to transmute resistance (or tension) into acceptance (or expansion) through breath and mindful movement. Outside of yoga, she works as a birth doula and is studying to become a midwife — forever learning ways to transmute resistance into acceptance.
