Elise creates an accessible practice that is both challenging and restorative, welcoming to a diverse group of students. Having grown up as an athlete, yoga brought into sharp focus the discipline of developing a non-competitive, internal practice. For the past fifteen years, Elise has explored many styles including ashtanga, yin, Hatha, hot yoga, and restorative. In 2016, she obtained her RYS 200-hour yoga and continues her education, focusing on meditation and pose breakdown.
