Valentine’s Day Itinerary

Planning the perfect Valentine’s Day can be an overwhelming task. For a week devoted to celebrating love, many feel pressured between decisions, gifts, and making reservations. The good news is, there is no perfect plan; however, planning something with intention will get you pretty close. If you know Body, you know we’re devoted to helping people live their healthiest, best lives. So, to take some of the weight off Valentine’s Day plans, we’ve crafted an itinerary sure to fill anyone with love, gratitude, and healing.

Begin the week by pre-ordering a box of Body Cafe baked goodies and locally made Kakawa chocolates. Boxes are assorted à la carte depending on which items you desire and how many you want. Head into the cafe to place your order or call (505) 986-0362 to order over the phone. PS – the Fudgy Fudge is a must!

12 p.m.: Begin the afternoon with one of Santa Fe’s top yoga instructors, Austin Barry. Embody Flow is a well-curated movement practice designed to increase flexibility, strength, and embodied movement. We believe movement is medicine, and yoga is a form of moving meditation, making this an ideal way to begin a day of love.

1 p.m.: Without leaving the building, walk over to Body Cafe for nourishment after Austin’s enlivening yoga class. The cafe is organic, farm-to-table, plant-based, and gluten-free, making it a wholesome addition to your day. Not to mention, delicious! Some Body client favorites are the Chickpea Salad Sandwich, Black Bean Burger, and Udon Noodle Bowl. A Choco Matcha Torte is the way to go for dessert!

2 p.m.: Our one-of-a-kind boutique houses designers, both local and from across the globe, committed to creating garments with sustainable materials, techniques, and dyes, as well as an ethical production protocol streamlined throughout the entire supply chain. This week, we’re showing our love to all locals with 20% off now through Sunday, 2/16/25. Just show Guest Services this post to redeem!

3 p.m.: Body is known for some of the best massages and bodyworkers in Santa Fe. Close out your day of loving wellness with an 80- or 110-minute massage. From deep tissue bodywork to craniosacral therapy and everything in between, there’s something here to set you into a state of deep relaxation and healing.
