Self-Care Day Itinerary
At BODY, we are believers in rituals. Like the ones you engage in to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through self-care. This Wednesday, July 24th, is no exception as we celebrate International Self-Care Day. Radical self-care not only protects your peace by creating space for more joy, but it also eases your nervous system. Reward yourself for showing up in life, there’s no other reason necessary. Little tokens of gratitude create abundance and boost self-worth and confidence in yourself.
While not every day can look like an itinerary dedicated to self-care, an international holiday devoted to it means business. We’ve crafted our ideal self-care day at BODY for you to remove the stress of planning. Your job is to focus on what feels good and to book your classes and appointments! From yoga and a facial to massage and pilates — book the entire itinerary or choose what moments most speak to you.
Morning
7 AM - 8:30 AM: Free Self-Practice Yoga inside Studio A at BODY.
This is BODY’s gift to the community. Stretch, meditate, or practice your yoga flow in our gorgeous yoga studio at no cost. Awaken your consciousness and flow in gratitude!
8:30 AM: Morning sip of BODY’s Adaptogen Roast or Golden Milk at the cafe. Pro tip: Bring your journal and write affirmations to begin your day in gratitude and reflection.
9 AM - 10:30 AM: 80-minute custom massage with one of BODY’s incredible massage therapists. Whether you’re looking for deep somatic healing, or a massage to ease tension and relax, an 80-minute massage not only helps move trauma out of the body, it also supports any fitness routine by releasing tension and pain to prevent injury in the long run.
11 AM: Pilates Reformer inside Studio B will help lengthen and strengthen your body. Pilates is a low-impact workout that engages all muscles. Feel the stretch even more after your incredible massage, then walk over to the BODY cafe for lunch!
Afternoon
12 PM: Lunch at BODY Cafe. A tranquil cafe to enjoy a farmer-to-table lunch made with plant-based organic ingredients to nourish you from the inside out. Staff picks: Soba Noodle Salad or the Chickpea Salad Sandwich.

2 PM: Natural Facelift for facial sculpting, lifting, exfoliation and hydration. Micro-current is used to lift and tone while releasing tension around the jawline, contouring the face and bringing about total relaxation.
We find radical self-care promotes motivation as it provides moments to reset and rejuvenate. Our goal is to provide a space where you can do it all in one place.
