At the core of this class are the Nine Foundational Movements, essential patterns that support all strength work: the air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean. These movements are the building blocks of a strong body—when performed with awareness and precision, they create the groundwork for sustainable, functional strength.
Beyond these foundations, Body Strong integrates a selection of dynamic, full-body exercises to enhance mobility, coordination, and power. Expect to move through thrusters, snatches, Devil’s Press, kettlebell swings, pendulum lunges (embracing the knees-over-toes methodology), Turkish get-ups, Bulgarian split-squats, Russian twists, and explosive jumping exercises. Each movement is intentional, each rep a conversation between body and breath, effort and ease.
