Austin aims to ignite the transformative potential of yoga through mindful alignment and fluid breath. Yoga is a practice that happens out in the world, not simply on the mat. Austin invites students to remember the intuitive instruments they possess to cultivate more balance in their day. Her classes focus on steady flow and safe alignment while encouraging students to find their own authentic expression by embodying each asana and breath. With more than 20 years of practice and over 500 hours of teacher training, Austin is grateful to be able to contribute vinyasa-inspired yoga here in the high desert of Santa Fe.
