Kat has been painting and practicing yoga for almost fifty years and teaching yoga for almost 40 years. The theme of Yoga and Art has been a very long and intertwined journey. Kat received her accreditation in vinyasa from its creator, Ganga White. Kat approaches her classes at BODY with compassion and a sense of humor and creates a quiet, classic slow-flow vinyasa accompanied by breath.
