Synchronization of breath and movement linked in a continuous flow. Feel energized, centered, and connected.

MUSIC AND VINYASA
An inspirational Vinyasa flow practice to a soundtrack varying from Krishna Das and the Rolling Stones, and monthly live music. This class includes candlelight poetry and play.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Use props to achieve quiet relaxation and rejuvenation. Students must be able to hold poses for several minutes.

SELF-PRACTICE VINYASA YOGA
Open studio for self-guided student practice. Donations benefit Body's scholarship fund, offering yoga classes to those without current means.
(experienced students)
PREGNANCY YOGA
Special poses for pre- and post-natal care. A 90 minute yoga practice followed by 30 minutes of down time with tea in the cafe.
Must be at least 12 weeks.
