Begins November 6, Every Thursday, 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Expressive, playful movement for adults and children. Have fun, get in shape, and connect with your inner child! Come on your own or bring the whole tribe. All ages welcome (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult). Can’t get there by at 3:00? No problem; class will begin with a 15-minute “let off some steam” FreeDance as the students gather. $10 drop-in for adults or use your class card; $5 for children under 12.

NIA INSTRUCTORS
KELLE RAE OIEN
Certified Black Belt Nia Instructor. She began teaching Nia in Brazil, and was the first to bring Nia to the country. She brings a rich understanding of the human form through her experience as a Rolfer and Rolf Movement Therapist. Her classes are inspirational, fun and packed with power.
DANIELLE REDDICK
Certified in Nia, & Clinical Hypnotherapy. Trained in Alvin Ailey Dance School, yoga, tai-chi, & chi kung. Enjoys exploring mind-body connection through movement & hypnosis.
HILLARY WELLES
Certified Blue belt Nia instructor with a background in ballet, modern dance, & jazz. She has coauthored four books on personal transformation.
