Group Training
A fun and economical way to get the results you want. Reservations recommended - all sessions are
limited to 5 people max. All first time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete their initial assessment. See front desk for schedule.
Integrated Core Class (ICC)
Affectionately known as the ‘gut and butt’ class, ICC is a great way to tone up while building a solid foundation for movement. Working from the deep stabilizing musculature outward, this class will tone and sculpt your hips, buns, thighs and abdomen in fun and exciting ways. You will be balancing on exercise balls, hanging from aerial fabric, and working your belly like never before! Leave happy and refreshed after a thorough stretch out. 60 minutes.
TRX Suspension Training
This is a core focused strength building class using the US Navy Seal-designed TRX suspension training straps in a dynamic circuit with cardio intervals. in a dynamic circuit, you will challenge both your muscles and your cardiovascular system. 60 minutes.
Metabolic Transformation Series (MTS)
Teach your body to burn fat as its primary fuel source. MTS is a 30-minute miracle taught on your choice of an elliptical, treadmill, or stationary bike**. Using a progression of specific heart-rate intervals over a series of weeks, Cardio FatBurn can transform your metabolism so you burn more fat during and after class. *6-week commitment recommended

Enjoy the use of our state of the art cardiovascular equipment on your own time. Includes 10 visits to the cardio room in addition to an initial cardiovascular assessment & program with a certified trainer.
